ToolVerified

Finding an AI tool that actually works shouldn't take half your workday. Today, most AI directories run on complete autopilot. They let automated scripts scrape the web and publish every thin wrapper or weekend prototype that gets submitted without testing a single thing. Because of that, you end up wasting time clicking through broken sign-up forms, dead demos, and fake review pages just to find something useful.

We built ToolVerified to cut out that headache.

We don't use bots to build our catalog. When someone sends us an AI tool, an actual person on our team opens the link, runs through the setup, and tests the core features firsthand. We make sure the site is live, the tool does what the headline says, and it provides real utility. If an app crashes during basic use, makes claims it can't back up, or feels like an abandoned project, we turn it away at the door.

The tools that pass our test get sorted into straightforward categories like generative AI, developer utilities, team productivity, and finance. That setup helps you jump straight to what you need without scrolling through pages of irrelevant junk.

After a tool goes live, our community takes over. Real users test the products in their own work and vote for the ones that help them get things done. ToolVerified gives independent makers a direct way to reach their first real users, and gives busy teams a dependable place to find tools ready for real work.
