PixelArt Converter is a free browser-based tool for turning photos, illustrations, and sprites into pixel art.
Upload an image and customize the result with adjustable pixel size, color limits, preset or custom palettes, and multiple dithering methods including Floyd–Steinberg, Atkinson, and Bayer.
You can also choose fixed canvas sizes such as 16×16, 32×32, and 64×64, use Fit or Crop modes, adjust brightness, contrast, and saturation, and compare the original image with the pixel art result before exporting.
Images are processed directly in your browser, so there is no account required and no need to upload your images to a remote conversion server.
